Booking Information & Logistics
- Arrival & Setup: To ensure every event receives our full attention, drop-off and setup times are scheduled based on daily demand. We will coordinate with you 48 hours in advance to confirm your specific delivery window within our standard 10 AM – 10 PM service hours.
- Availability: Our "Vault" units are highly curated and in high demand. Bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend early reservation to guarantee your preferred date and unit style.
- Extended Celebrations: For events continuing the magic past 10 PM, an after-hours extension is available at $100 per hour.
- Travel Investment: A $75 travel fee applies to locations outside our standard 30-mile service radius, ensuring we bring the full Story Vault Booth experience to your doorstep.
